Hansa commenced its operations in 1974 pioneering in the
manufacture of printed circuit mother machines. Hansa's primary
activities then were, manufacture of conveyorised ultra-violet
curing equipment for curing solder masks & liquid prints on
printed circuit boards, and manufacture of conveyorised infra-red
curing equipment for the PCB manufacturing industry. Since its
inception Hansa has been supplying its equipment to almost all the
major PCB manufacturers spread all over India. Hansa's range of UV
and IR curing equipment has found favour amongst the PCB
manufacturers as a valuable import substitution. |

In keeping with the changing scenario and also in tune with the
ecological concerns Hansa diversified its operations in the early
1990's to include the manufacture of UV / IR radiation equipment
for the printing industry. Since then, Hansa has supplied over 200
customized machines all over India to the packaging and commercial
printing industry (including spot varnish) and also to lottery
tickets printing industry. Hansa has successfully exported its
equipments to U. A. E., Nairobi, Singapore, Hongkong,
Srilanka, and Bangladesh. Besides, Hansa also has exported its
equipment to The United Kingdom for the purpose of re-export to
different east European countries.
 Hansa's
product portfolio now comprises of a wide variety UV, UV - IR, and
UV - Hot Air - IR curing equipments, and so also UV modules, and
IR modules for online curing. This wide product range is capable
of meeting virtually every conceivable requirement of the printing
industry. In terms of quality, reliability and finish Hansa's
products more than meet the finishing standards set by the
international market. This is what has enabled Hansa in achieving
the ISO 9001: 2000 certification form the International Standards
Organization. In short, Hansa at present stands First when it
comes to the manufacture of efficient and reliable curing systems
commanding over 85% of the market share in curing equipments
segment.
Besides, Hansa is the distributer in India for
U.V. Curing Printing Inks & Varnishes manufactured by
ZELLER+GMELIN, Germany, and Hansa is the sales & service agent
for High Frequency Spindles used for PCB drilling machines
manufactured by KaVo Elektrotechnisches Werk, Germany.
