UV Modules

 Hansa's UV Modules is suitable to be placed on almost every kind of printing machine. It consists of an aluminium box with air-cooled UV lamps. It has a very small multi-elliptical reflector with very good focusing at different distances, to fit every type of mechanical construction. Also offers Attaching UVsystem on to the offset press, UV Varnish coating and Aqua varnish coating machine.


UV Curing System

 Hansa's UV Curing System is suitable to be placed on almost every kind of printing machine. It consists of an aluminium box with air-cooled UV lamps. It has a very small multi-elliptical reflector with very good focusing at different distances, to fit every type of mechanical construction. Also offers Attaching UVsystem on to the offset press, UV Varnish coating and Aqua varnish coating machine.


UV Varnish Roller Coater

 The new Five Roller Coater developed by Hansa for printers can coat boards of 150 GSM and above. The coater comes with a manual feed and also a stacker. The coating thickness can be varied from 2.5g - 5g per sq. m by adjusting the pressure. The roller coater has a specially designed and manufactured 3 phase AC pump for pumping the varnish.

The coater also has a digital infrared counter for counting the boards and a system to prevent UV coating where the pasting gum is applied on the board. This machine can be directly attached to UV curing equipment and can be made according to the width of your board (24", 28", 30", and 40"), & has an output of 3000 sheets per hour.


UV Curing System for PCB

 Precision engineered using advanced techniques, our range of UV lamp assemblies are widely acknowledged for high performance and better durability. This equipment is extensively used for PCB production, solder mask curing and legend print curing. UV 3 Lamp Attached To SORD3

 We have attached many offset press like Heidelberg, Komori Sakurai and Atma screen printing machines with UV 3 Lamp. Our UV 3 lamps are known for their performance and also help in the better functioning of screen printing machines. Easy to install, these are also available as per the requirements of the clients.


UV 3 Lamp Attached to SORD

 We have attached over UV, IR and Hot air to many offset printing presses. For High pile or low pile delivery we can attach over UV, IR, hot air for UV Varnish or for Aqua Varnish.


Silver Crossover Reflow

UV Lamps

UV/IR Hot Air

 UV/IR Hot Air is used for UV Drying and Hot Air and IR is used for solvent based ink drying.


UV Spot Coating Machine

 We have developed three roler coating of UV Varnish/Aqua varnish directly to polymer plate. You can also coat directly to blanket for full coating. We have used analox roller for coating UV Varnish to the blanket or to polymer plates to control the coating thickness.

The advantage is you can use your offset for normal printing while not using the spot coater.


Mini Roller Coater with UV+IR

 This Roller Coater is specially made for small Packaging press who has a small quantity to produce every day.The coater has a width pf 20” paper and the coating is done on a three roller coater. The equipment has a UV Tank and a pump for pumping the UV varnish to the coater.The Uv system has one lamp 20” /200 Watts/inch power lamp. With one lamp of Uv the prduction can be of 1500 boards per hour.The equipment is also fitted with two Infra Red Lamps with Thyristor control for setting the pre-set Digital temperature controller. One SS tank is given for the Aqua Varnish


Nano Roller Coater with UV IR

 This Roller Coater is specially made for small Packaging press who has a small quantity to produce every day.The coater has a width pf 20” paper and the coating is done on a three roller coater. The equipment has a UV Tank and a pump for pumping the UV varnish to the coater.The Uv system has one lamp 20” /200 Watts/inch power lamp. With one lamp of Uv the prduction can be of 1500 boards per hour.The equipment is also fitted with two Infra Red Lamps with Thyristor control for using this equipment to Aqua varnish coating and drying. The IR temperature can be set with Digital temperature controller. One SS tank is given without motor for Aqua Varnish.


Roto Gravure UV Curing System

 This moduel is fitted in a roto gravure uv coating machine with 3 uv lamps with pneumatically controlled shutter mechanisam. The shutter will open with a preset speed controller and it will close when the speed reduces to the preset speed. these modules are used online curing of web application.
